Oliver was born 8 weeks early, weighing just 4lbs 7oz, and unable to swallow. Two days later, he underwent surgery to correct the issue known as "esophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula (EA/TEF)", which basically means his esophagus was not attached to his stomach.

The scenario in which this repair can be done successfully for a child so small is very rare, especially on the first try.

Through what can only be described as a miracle, Oliver's surgery was successful, and the surgeons at Texas Children's were able to reattach his esophagus to his stomach in one surgery.

We hope to bring gourmet, southern, and American cuisine together in a medley of flavor that will have you coming back for more. We believe fine food should be an experience to remember and we have set out to accomplish just that. We hope to provide a community centered around good food and family time.

A portion of all profits go directly to support church missions around the world, children's medical research, and families of NICU babies.

Since opening for business in July 2023, we have seen a ground swell of support from our local community. We have been delighted to serve communities from Missouri City, Sugar Land, Houston, Stafford, and even visitors from out of state. We are now open for breakfast 8am-2pm and lunch 11am-2pm Monday - Saturday. We welcome you to come taste the delicious food we have to offer.
